Thursdays 10.30-11.30 am. Meet at the Holland Park Café, then share a leisurely walk in the park. Thursdays 3.00-4.00 pm. Nordic Walking, with guidance for those who have not tried this before. Walking poles provided. Meet by Friends’ notice board outside the Stable Yard. RBKC offer other physical activities such as yoga and tai chi.
