We are The Friends of Holland Park, a charity registered with The Charity Commission under charity number 281348. Our registered address is 21 Kenton Court, 356 Kensington High Street, London W14 8NN. All merchandise is sold on behalf of The Friends of Holland Park.

If we need to contact you about sale of merchandise, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
Price and payment
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and include packaging and postage by second class mail, unless otherwise stated, to addresses in the UK. If you require goods to be dispatched to an address outside the UK, please contact the Secretary of The Friends whose contact details can be found above.
Returns and complaints policy
The goods we sell are mainly printed materials such as guides or cards and, due to the simplicity of our products, we do not offer a returns service. In the event of a complaint about products arriving damaged, please contact the Secretary, as above.
Our on-line purchasing process is operated and secured by PayPal. There is no access to the data on purchasers other than by those officers of The Friends of Holland Park designated to access the PayPal account to fulfill the orders. Details of purchasers will not be stored on our own website and we will not use contact addresses for marketing to purchasers unless they are already on our database as paid-up member of The Friends. Those buying membership will have their details added to our database of paid-up members of The Friends for administration purposes.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
